I have a great idea for motivation, inspiration, camaraderie, and squashing limiting beliefs: walk in the sand. YES! Walk for many miles (or km) in the sand with friends (new ones and old ones). You’ll talk, laugh, think, plan.
The scenery can change but your outcome will be consistent: exercise, fresh air, sunshine, deep friendships and strength.
Yesterday I walked 8k in the sand. I am happy.
NOTE: I’m training for a special, historic walk where I live. Our walk will be February 1-7, in the desert. I share this part of my life with you and I urge you to find cool things to do too.
