Hummus is a fascinating, delightful and delicious treat. Typically it’s made with chick peas, olive oil, sesame seeds and garlic. Right there you have a fabulous snack. But my brilliant husband has upped the snack by using pumpkin, spaghetti squash and sweet potatoes to make hummus (not together, each individually.) It’s SO great! Dip a carrot or cucumber (which are spectacular in the UAE) and enjoy!
NOTE: still use olive oil, sesame seeds and garlic.
